1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
The wrong item was delivered.
Your order was lost in transit and did not arrive.
To be eligible:
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized frames (with custom quotes, names, or designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
In such cases, Sanarella will cover the return shipping charges.
